For airport pick-ups!

For airport pick-ups, we will monitor your flight arrival time using online live flight data. Once you have landed please turn on your mobile phone. The driver will send you a text message with detailed pick-up instructions to meet in the pick-up zone of the airport. Should you upgrade to a meet and greet service, the driver will be standing in the arrivals hall with a meeting board with your name or company name printed on it.

• Glasgow Airport pick-up area is carpark 2 zone B left of kiosks directly in front of terminal.
• Prestwick Airport pick-up area at kiosk directly in front of terminal.
• Edinburgh Airport pick-up area lane 3 in pick-up zone directly in front of teminal.

Passengers are usualy picked up in the same spot that they were dropped off at.

For hotel or address pick-ups, you will receive a text with the driver details and status of the vehicle on route. Once the driver arrives, you will receive another text with the driver's arrival status. The driver will be waiting at the designated pick-up area that was prebooked.
